Kelly is an ICF certified Leadership and Legacy Coach with 16 years of experience in the federal public service, including management and executive roles.
She has personally navigated government transitions, including being affected by the Deficit Action Reduction Plan in 2011, giving her practical insight into the challenges of career change.
Kelly combines professional expertise with a deep understanding of what this process entails.
Jesika Arseneau, Forge & Haven
Jesika brings over a decade of strategic communications experience, including five years in the recruitment industry, giving her insight into how hiring managers evaluate candidates across sectors.
As a former publicist, she knows how to help people promote themselves using impact-driven language.
Jesika specializes in helping professionals transition out of the public sector, translating government experience into narratives that open doors.

Two Coaching Sessions with Kelly Campbell
The package begins and end with a private coaching session. These sessions are designed to meet you where you are, with conversations guided by what feels most important, including:
